Fine Gardening Property Care Technician-Job Description Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Routine weekly to biweekly flower bed clean-up.
  • Planting shrubs, perennials, and annuals.
  • Identification and replacement of plant material.

  • Establish positive relationships with clients.
  • Maintain open communication with foreman and crew.
  • Ensures projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Holds self and team to maintaining high standards for job completion.
  • Aware of goals and timelines of the project.
    • Completes projects/goals in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Completes required documentation and forms.

    Skills & Qualifications Required

      Preferred

      • 1+ years of experience as a landscaper, groundskeeper, or similar occupation
