Spring is right around the corner and we’re building our team for the 2025 landscaping season. Church Hill Landscapes has an opening for anotherGardening and Landscape Foreman. If you have a passion for gardening and landscaping, a knack for team management, and the ambition to create and maintain beautiful spaces, we would be delighted to hear from you.
This role will place you in the heart of our growing operations, workinghands-onin adynamicand rewarding environment, serving our distinguished clients. AsGardening and Landscape Foreman, you’ll be entrusted with coordinating your crew for garden maintenance, enhancements and small installation projects, a task requiring good organizational and supervision skills. This is a seasonal position (February or March through December) with year-round possibilities, presenting ongoing opportunity for growth and learning.
The ideal candidate is a Vermont Certified Horticulturalist (or has equivalent experience) with substantial field experience, capable of understanding the work and managing a team effectively.

His ambition has been to creatediverseand beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces for clients across Vermont. We’re a 22-30 person team of gardeners, masons, and landscape designers who build and maintain creative landscapes for our customers. We hire career-minded, professional employees who work hard to deliver excellent results for our customers.
Compensation:Starting wage range for this position is $27-$29/hr.
