Position: Â Gardener (Plants)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gardener to care for and maintain plants, gardens, and landscaped areas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, strong knowledge of plant care techniques, and the ability to ensure the health and aesthetic quality of all greenery.
Key Responsibilities:
Plant Care and Maintenance  Water, prune, fertilize, and weed plants, shrubs, and trees as required. Monitor plant health and diagnose any signs of pests, diseases, or nutritional deficiencies. Maintain flower beds, lawns, hedges, and decorative landscaping. Remove debris, leaves, and other waste materials to keep gardens neat and clean. Plant new flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery based on seasonal requirements.
Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals responsibly and in accordance with safety standards. Promote sustainable gardening practices, including composting and water conservation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Gardener, Landscaper, or similar role. Knowledge of horticulture, plant species, and seasonal gardening practices. Familiarity with landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques. Ability to identify common pests and diseases and treat them effectively. Basic understanding of irrigation systems and water management.
Education
and Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Certification in horticulture or landscaping (advantageous). Â #J-18808-Ljbffr
