McMonigle Veterinary Hospital is a well-established small animal practice in Kent, WA. Our hospital was founded in 1974 and has been remodeled and expanded to help fit our growing client base. An ideal candidate must have a strong desire to learn veterinary information which will improve their ability to assist clients with general pet health questions. Previous experience in the veterinary field is strongly preferred but we will also consider applicants with significant customer service backgrounds.

Primary responsibilities include:
Answering and managing multiple phone lines
Scheduling appointments while balancing client preferences and hospital capabilities
Providing basic veterinary education for clients
Checking patients in and out of appointments
Accurately processing cash and credit transactions

This position is for full time, 32-40 hours per week, depending on applicant’s availability. Starting pay will be dependent upon experience.
