We’re hiring: Fulfilment Operator
Grounded is looking for a Fulfilment Operator to join our team at our HQ in Kikuyu, Kenya.
You’ll be responsible for accurate picking, packing, storage and handling of finished goods — with a strong focus on FIFO, batch control, traceability, safety and attention to detail.
What we’re looking for:
- KCSE or equivalent
- 1–2 years’ experience in warehouse, production or FMCG is an advantage
- Good basic numeracy and literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with physical warehouse work, including lifting up to 30kg safely
- Someone who follows processes and escalates issues early
