We are seeking positive upbeat individuals to apply for this rewarding careeer opportunity. Must be outgoing, self-motivated and have outstanding customer service skills! This position is a CRUCIAL part of our organizations success as the candidate will be the first impression and point of contact while answering phone and greeting our customers, donors, adopters and supporters.
Responsibilities include
Greeting guests and visitors upon arrival and providing them with information and direction
Answering phones and voicemails and providing accurate information
Answering and responding to emails
Answering and responding to text messages
Assisting adoptions with support and making appointments with our medical department
Communicating between departments to help ease communication needs in house
Assisting with problem solving and customer service issues/concerns
Keeping spreadsheets
Scheduling Spay/Neuters
Entering medical records into the system
Updating status’s of dogs in our care
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
