We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for staff members.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Perform data entry tasks and maintain office supplies inventory.
Assist with billing inquiries and process payments as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Skills
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail for documentation accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
