Inspire Animal Hospital is a privately owned, fast-paced animal hospital that focuses on creating a fun, positive environment! We are an experienced team, looking for fun people to join us. Our emphasis is on creating a positive culture and bringing teammates on board that contribute to unsurpassed compassion and respect for patients, clients and one another. We offer emergency services during normal business hours in addition to general wellness, laparoscopic surgery, dentistry, ultrasound, digital radiography, in-house lab, laser therapy, PRP, acupuncture and more! We are excited for our teammates to enjoy holidays off with family, and avoid burnout and compassion fatigue, while possessing a strong, reliable work ethic.
Applicants should be able to multi-task, provide a lasting, positive impact with clients in all forms of communication, and be able to maintain a positive attitude. Duties include managing multiple phone lines, checking clients in and out, scheduling appointments, contacting other hospitals for records, attaching documents to medical records, loving on animals every day, and so much more. Veterinary experience is not required, but customer service experience is. Contributing to a positive culture, and being sure every client is greeted and leaves with the utmost empathy, compassion, and an unforgettable experience is a must.
