Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff members with a professional and friendly demeanor
– Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, handling and assisting with weighing animals, data entry
– Provide administrative support to the office manager and D.V.M.
– Utilize medical receptionist skills to manage patient records and handle sensitive medical information
– Maintain a clean and organized office environment
– Perform proofreading and editing tasks as needed
– Type and file documents accurately and efficiently
– Manage office supplies and inventory
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience as a front desk receptionist
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to type and file documents accurately and efficiently
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information
– Ability to work in an office setting and perform physical tasks as needed
– Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities and technologies
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
