We’re looking for a dependable, long-term team member to grow with our busy, fast-paced salon. If you love people, pets, and providing exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting clients and checking pets in and out for appointments
- Scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to client inquiries
- Entering and updating customer information in our system
- Sending appointment reminders and confirmations
- Assisting groomers when needed
- Helping maintain a clean, organized salon environment
- Assisting customers with boutique purchases and product recommendations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous grooming salon, veterinary office, or pet industry reception experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail

Position Details:
- 40 hours per week
- Tuesday–Saturday schedule
- Arrival time: 8:30 AM
- Salon hours begin at 9:00 AM
- Typical shift ends between 3:30 PM–5:00 PM depending on business needs
Dress Code: Scrubs & Tennis Shoes
Compensation: Starting at $10/hr during training, once working independently will raise to $11/hr.
