Full job description
Always present to care for our patrons and their pets. We have been in business since 1995. Established veterinary conventional as well as holistic practice. We have people coming all over the country to be cared by Dr. Moorehead., therefore attendance and punctuality are a must.
REQUIREMENTS
Positive, upbeat, caring, and friendly
Loves interacting with pets and people
Excellent communication skills
English language preferred, Spanish is a plus
ACCURATE SPELLING/GRAMMAR/WRITING ARE A MUST
Can alphabetically file accurately
Multi-tasker
PUNCTUAL
Experience as a receptionist (preferred but not required)
Will train
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting clients
Checking out clients
Scheduling clients
Managing the appointment boos accurately
Answering the phone once trained how to
Responding to client requests once trained
Administrative duties
Assisting staff throughout the office

Hours for the position are as follows (Approximately 34 hours/week with 30 min lunch breaks. Saturdays lunch is 15 minutes).
Mondays 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Tuesdays 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Thursdays 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Friday 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Saturday 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Expected hours: 34 per week
No Wednesdays and No Sundays unless required by a special schedule which rarely happens

There is a personality test, an IQ test, and an aptitude test to take. These are required for consideration.
