We’re seeking a Guest Experience & Canine Concierge to be the warm, detail-oriented face of both our daily operations and our one-of-a-kind cuddle events. If you thrive in people-first environments and enjoy being part of something playful yet polished, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Greet human and canine guests with professionalism and warmth

Manage check-ins, reservations, and customer communication using Gingr (experience preferred)

Serve as the host for The Italian Greyhound Experience, welcoming guests, answering questions, and creating a joyful atmosphere

Keep the front desk and public-facing spaces clean, organized, and inviting

Assist with dog care when needed (approximately 20% of the role), including light supervision and maintaining a safe, cage-free environment

Support cleaning and sanitization standards throughout the facility

Collaborate with teammates and step into various roles as needed

Qualifications:

Previous customer service, front desk, or administrative experience required

Professional, polished communication skills

Attentive to detail and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Naturally warm, welcoming, and composed under pressure

Comfortable with light cleaning and dog interaction

Familiarity with Gingr or similar booking platforms is a plus

Dog care experience is helpful, but not required

Work Environment:
This role is set in a cage-free dog hotel with daily operations, overnight boarding, and a unique, ticketed Italian Greyhound cuddle experience. You’ll engage directly with guests attending this event and play a key role in helping them feel welcomed and delighted.
