Responsibilities
Greet clients and their pets upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all client information is accurate.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and pet care.
Schedule appointments for grooming as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Assist clients with any special requests or concerns regarding their pets.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of care for all animals on the premises.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Knowledge or experience in animal care, including pet sitting, dog handling, or grooming is highly desirable.
Familiarity with animal handling techniques, including restraint and basic training methods.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and their pets.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being is essential.
Experience in veterinary or equine settings is a plus.
