We're hiring: AI Implementation Engineer (voice & automation workflows)
📍 Flexible / hybrid
We're building AI for veterinary clinics — voice agents, automation pipelines, and practice intelligence tools that run in real clinics, with real patients, every day.
We're looking for the person who builds the thing and keeps it alive — not just writes the code.
What you'll own:
– Deploying and maintaining AI voice and automation workflows end-to-end
– Integrating with third-party clinic software via APIs
– Talking directly with practice managers at clinics in the US and Russia — you're the person they reach when something isn't working
– Owning reliability in production, not just shipping features
What we're looking for:
– You've shipped AI voice, chatbot, or LLM automation workflows in production and maintained them
– You build with Claude Code; Ai optimist, who can utilise the agents to do work of multiple engineers
– Strong English and Russian — you can talk to clinic owners and pract
– You own your work end-to-end without needing someone to hold your hand
– You are creative, always looking to make things better
