Job Accountabilities:
Team Coordination & Supervision:
Coordinate and supervise daily tasks for the team, ensuring effective performance and goal achievement.
Task Execution:
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within planned timelines and meet company standards.
Farm Operations Management:
Oversee fencing, welding, cleaning, and construction to maintain facilities in optimal condition.
Maintenance of Farm Grounds:
Ensure upkeep of farm grounds, including pesticide storage areas, and oversee safety procedures and PPE usage.
Data Compilation & Distribution:
Collect and distribute data on farm activities, performance, and progress.
Repair & Maintenance Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate repairs for farm equipment to ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.
Qualifications &
Education:
Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
Additional certifications in agriculture, landscaping, or operations management are advantageous.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in landscaping or agriculture-related industries.
Proven ability to manage site tasks and team activities in agricultural or landscaping settings.
