Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Jannat Al-Shaher for cake production plant. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality, safety, and consistency, while complying with food industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
· Implement and maintain quality control procedures, including regular testing and documentation.
· Identify and report any deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions.
· Conduct routine hygiene and safety inspections across the production floor.
· Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve product quality and reduce waste.
· Train production staff on quality assurance best practices.
· Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
· Stay updated on food safety regulations and ensure the plant’s compliance.
· Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and propose effective solutions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality control within a food production environment, preferably in baked goods.
· Strong understanding of food safety standards and quality management systems.
· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Effective communication skills.
· Proficiency with quality control tools and software.
