Location: St. Gallen, Switzerland (60% on site, 40% travel)
Contract: Permanent contract, full-time position

Key Responsibilities:
Support customer trials and technological sales queries.
Develop recipes and optimize processes for chocolate and cocoa.
Commissioning and on-site support for processing systems.
Train customers and internal staff.
Collaborate with internal and external R&D partners.
Analyze and monitor production processes for quality and efficiency.
Plan and implement system changes and optimizations.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Our ideal candidate should have:
Degree in Food Technology, Process Engineering, Thermodynamics, Biotechnology, or a similar field.
Strong foundational knowledge in scientific (Food Technology, Chemistry, Physics) and technical disciplines.
Skills in scientific work with a structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic approach.
Knowledge of food sensory analysis is a plus.
Enjoyment of direct global customer contact.
Excellent communication skills and a strong team player with conflict resolution abilities.
Good knowledge of spoken and written English. German is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 40%.
