The hospital provides comprehensive healthcare facilities, including 24/7 emergency care, outpatient and inpatient services, diagnostic support, and pharmacy operations. Now, we are looking for a Floor In-Charge- Diagnostic Lab for Saic General Hospital Limited, Bogura.
Major Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the diagnostic lab floor.
- Ensure smooth patient flow, registration, sample collection, testing, and report delivery.
- Monitor the performance, attendance, punctuality, and discipline of floor staff.
- Coordinate with laboratory, reception, billing, nursing, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure proper implementation of hospital and laboratory SOPs.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and infection-control practices.
- Handle patient/attendant queries and resolve routine service-related issues professionally.
- Ensure proper documentation, records, and timely reporting of operational issues.
- Monitor availability and proper use of necessary equipment, supplies, and consumables.
- Report daily operational activities and significant issues to the management.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Education: bachelor of science in medical technology (b.sc. med tech)
- Skills: laboratory management, laboratory skills (bloodwork, diagnostics), laboratory medicine, lab management, laboratory skills, laboratory equipment operation, laboratory equipment maintenance, laboratory technicians
