🌟 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead & Coach: Conduct coaching field visits and motivate medical representatives to achieve peak performance.
• Strategic Planning: Analyze sales sheets, solve market deviations, set weekly plans, and handle target breakdowns.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Bio Group to external customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to launch new products.
• Market Expansion: Prospect new areas, track opportunities, and optimize resource allocation effectively.
🎓 Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine.
• Experience: 3–5 years of solid experience in the same position (FLM).
• Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication/presentation skills, and an excellent command of English.
