Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Central. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their current financial situation, and provide tailored recommendations on savings, protection, retirement, and investment solutions. The role involves developing and presenting financial plans, explaining insurance and investment products in clear terms, and supporting clients in making informed decisions. The Financial Advisor will also build and maintain long-term client relationships, follow up on client portfolios, and adjust plans as circumstances change. Additional responsibilities include networking to grow a client base, staying current with market trends and Prudential products, and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory, with the ability to create comprehensive, client-focused financial plans.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments skills, including understanding of financial products, risk, return, and portfolio diversification.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Retirement Planning, with the ability to design strategies that support long-term income security.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts clearly and build trusted client relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of professional integrity.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications in financial services are an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Central, manage time effectively, and meet performance and compliance targets.
