Role Description The Field Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based remotely. This role focuses on driving sales of SafePet’s QR code collars by visiting pet shops, veterinary clinics, shelters, and community events, presenting product features and benefits, and building strong long-term relationships with partners and customers. The representative will identify new sales opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate pricing and terms within guidelines, and ensure accurate order processing and follow-up. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and scheduling visits, maintaining a sales pipeline, gathering market feedback, and collaborating with the internal team on promotions and local campaigns. The role also involves reporting on sales performance, participating in training, and representing SafePet professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong field sales and customer relationship skills, including experience in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ability to conduct clear, engaging product presentations and demonstrations to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of or interest in pet care, animal welfare, or consumer products, ideally within the local Tunisian market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with partners and teammates.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools for reporting, scheduling, and customer follow-up (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM, messaging apps).
- Fluency in local languages and good command of English or French is an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not strictly required.
