Are you an experienced professional in Field sales and looking for an exciting opportunity in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Field Sales Representative to join our team.
Location: Dar es Salaam
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
v Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers ( Ds & Wholesalers)
v Perform cost-Âbenefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
v Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
v Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
v Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
v Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
v Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
v Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
v Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
v Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
v Continuously improve through feedback
REQUIREMENTS.
v Bachelor Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business administration and Marketing or other related fields.
v 3-5 experience in FMCG and strong background dealing with wholesalers across Dar es salaam
v Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
v Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
v Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
v Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
v Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
v Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
v Diploma or certificate in business or a related field
