Role Description The Field Outreach role at MatchVet is a part-time, on-site position based in Lahore District. This role involves visiting local communities, pet owners, clinics, and animal welfare organizations to introduce MatchVet’s services and encourage platform adoption. The Field Outreach team member will distribute marketing materials, answer questions about the app, collect feedback from animal owners and veterinarians, and support registration or onboarding activities. Responsibilities also include coordinating with the central team on outreach plans, tracking daily activities and results, and representing MatchVet professionally at events and community engagements.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and public outreach skills to engage with diverse community members and stakeholders.
- Basic marketing and community engagement skills, including comfort with distributing materials and explaining services clearly.
- Organizational and time-management skills to plan visits, document activities, and meet outreach targets.
- Ability to use smartphones and apps, with basic digital literacy for explaining app features to potential users.
- Fluency in local languages and English for effective communication with animal owners and veterinarians.
- Comfort working in the field, including traveling within Lahore District and interacting with animals in a respectful manner.
- Previous experience in community work, sales, customer service, or field promotions is an advantage.
- Passion for animal welfare and interest in improving access to veterinary care.
