Full Job Description
Overview:
Responsible for supporting the onboarding of newly acquired hospitals to the SVP platform. Guides new Hospital Managers and teammates on closing day and throughout the first week of acquisition by providing on-site, side by side training on SVP process and procedures. Partners with ROD/RMD and HQ teammates to help coordinate the new teammate experience.

Introduce and train on all HM onboarding topics as outlined in the New Hospital Manger Resource Binder
Ensures all onboarding objectives identified by the operations and integrations teams are met
Provide mentorship and coaching to hospital leadership through SVP processes while setting expectations on time bound deliverables.
Partners with Acquisition and Operations team to identify and prioritize the needs of the hospital through the transition period and escalates any concerns or risks to appropriate team.
Acts as the established point of contact for acquired hospital and facilitates SVP’s process navigation.
Liaison between Acquisition and Operations team.
Collaborates with Hospital Leadership and teammates on site during transition.
Maintain exceptional relationships with hospital leadership and teammates
Ensures integration time line is kept on track to meet milestone objectives.
Facilitate any follow up meetings either in person or remote and report progress to Regional Operations Director
Communicate regularly and effectively will all stakeholders.
Ability to differentiate delivery of program for individual hospital needs.
