Responsibilities:
– Provide on monthly basis a field training plan in coordination with field force management.
– Carrying out coaching field visits on regular basis with FF (70%time in field).
– Provide accurate and comprehensive written feedback to the accompined FF and line management with clear and concise developmental action steps.
– Update& training needs assessment and insure individual development plans are completed for assigned FF.
– Participate in conducting soft skills training along with training manager for MRs & FLMs.
– Assist in framing and creating new training modules based on infield communications.
– Ensure that business in conducted according to HPG policies, procedures and values.
– Effectively utilize virtual training tools to deliver & engage training attendees.
Job requirements:
– TOT or PCT is a plus.
– Bachelor’sdegree in pharmaceutical sciences, veterinary medicine or science.
– District manager or senior Medical Rep.
– Mastering Zoom application.
– High computer skills (Microsoft apps).
– Ability to travel covering the mentioned areas with the agreed frequency.
– Outstanding command of English (spoken and written)
