Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support and maintain operational processes related to the Field Force organization.
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyze reports, databases, summary tables, and presentations.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between the Field Force and internal stakeholders.
- Register, document, and monitor requests, activities, and business processes.
- Prepare analytical reports on sales performance, field activities, and key business metrics.
- Organize and administer testing, training activities, and other Field Force initiatives.
- Participate in process improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency and data quality.
Essential Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in administrative support, analytics, sales support, or commercial operations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- English language proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level or higher.
