We are seeking anenthusiastic individual with a passion for the farming industry to join us as a Farm Administrator / Vet Technician at Pembrokeshire Farm Vets.
Location:Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time andpart-time positions available
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday with a varying shift pattern

About The Role:
This is a hybrid role that will involve supporting the practice in an admin capacity in the office, but will also include supporting the Vets when they visit patients and clients when needed.
Day-to-day Duties Of The Role Will Include:
Answering phones and booking appointments
Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
Banking and daily payment reconciliation
Debt chasing/processing
Registering new clients
Completing insurance forms
Covering thereceptionist desk, including answering queries, booking appointments and taking payments
Providingsupport to Vets whilst visiting patients and clients when needed
What we’re looking for in our Farm Administrator/ Vet Technician:
A full UK driving licence would be useful
An excellent communicator with strong empathy
Knowledge of Farming/Farm animals would be advantageous, ideally in a Veterinary setting
High attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
