Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Factory Store In-Charge to oversee the operations of our factory store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with production and warehouse teams, ensuring smooth store operations, and maintaining quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with manufacturing and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the factory store.
Manage stock levels, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
Coordinate with production and warehouse departments to ensure timely availability of materials and finished goods.
Maintain accurate record-keeping of inventory, shipments, and receipts.
Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained within the store.
Implement store policies and procedures.
Prepare reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and other operational metrics.
Liaise with procurement and logistics teams for efficient inventory management.
Train and supervise store staff.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Proven experience in store management, preferably in a factory or industrial setting.
Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
Good communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
