As an Exterior Cleaner, you will report to the Team Leader and engage in comprehensive outdoor maintenance tasks.
Your role will encompass snow removal, litter picking, pressure washing, and detailed care of exterior areas. The commitment to health and safety standards is paramount as you work to provide well-maintained environments for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Remove snow and apply sand/salt as per instructions
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies for effective operations
• Clean and organize exterior storage areas efficiently
• Perform litter picks across parking lots and sidewalks
• Pressure wash entrances, sidewalks, and other areas based on schedule
Requirements:
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
• Physically capable of performing job duties
• Strong understanding of health and safety protocols
• Proficient in following instructions in English
• Reliable attendance and commitment to quality work
