Shine provides the following services: window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, roof washes, house washes, landscape light installations, bistro light installations, and holiday light installation.
We are currently looking for an experienced window cleaning technician.

Job Summary
Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan at 8 am. The office is located at 3636 Bee Caves Rd #215, Austin TX 78746.
You’ll drive one of our Shine vehicles to various customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another Shine team member) throughout the day and perform services specific to each customer’s needs.
You’ll call upcoming customers on your way to the job to alert them that you’re on the way.
You’ll meet customers face to face (if they’re home) before your crew begins its work to ensure we’re meeting the customer’s expectations that day.
Upon inspection, you may suggest additional services that you feel may be appropriate.
When the work is complete, you’ll conduct a post-job inspection and meet again with the customer (if they’re home) to review the work to their satisfaction.
You’ll accept and process the customer’s payment through our mobile payment technology, completing the job.
You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day and ensure your vehicle is clean and ready for the next day’s work.
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional Saturday work during the holiday season.
Qualifications
Must enjoy working with people.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift and carry a ladder (at least 50 pounds).
Must not be afraid of heights.
Must be able to work outside in the Texas heat.
Must want to work in a leadership capacity.
Must speak English due to customer interaction.
Experience hanging Christmas lights is a plus!
