We provide compassionate, high-quality care for cats and dogs, including wellness, dentistry, elective and soft tissue procedures, and support from a board-certified internal medicine specialist.

We’re seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to support our growing practice. This role is ideal for someone confident in client communication, scheduling, phone triage, and front-desk operations. If you enjoy being part of a close-knit team, value collaboration and learning, and take pride in excellent client service, we’d love to meet you.
Qualifications
We’re looking for:
- Experienced Veterinary Receptionist with a minimum of one year of veterinary practice experience; (avimark experience required)
- Compassionate, Calm, Team Player, Multi-Tasker and Strong Communicator
- Highly organized and possess computer skills
- Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.
