Animal Urgent Care is looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our collaborative and compassionate team in Koreatown, Los Angeles.
Our newly renovated facility is open 7 days a week, from 12 PM to 10 PM, providing accessible urgent and emergency veterinary care when pets need it most. Our state-of-the-art facility includes an in-house laboratory, digital radiology, and ultrasound, allowing our team to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated, dependable, and compassionate veterinary receptionist who enjoys working with both people and animals.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 year of veterinary reception experience
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- A positive, professional attitude
- The ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn and grow within the veterinary field
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A genuine passion for exceptional patient and client care
