Veterinary Receptionist

A busy and successful Veterinary Practice in Longwood is in search of an enthusiastic and energetic receptionist to join the team. If you have the following qualifications apply today!
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a Veterinary setting is required.
At least 2-3 years of previous customer service experience with a focus on excellence.
Prior experience providing exceptional client service both in person and over the phone in a professional setting is required.
Must love animals! Your love for pets should shine through in your care for their humans.
A sincere interest in the veterinary field and a desire to learn as much as possible to best assist clients and pets.
The desire to cross train and assist the care team in other areas of the practice
Dedication. You should be interested in becoming part of a great work family for the long-term.
The ability to juggle the bustle of a busy office. Answering phones, triaging patients, assisting clients in person and rocking it as a team member, all at the same time.
Confidence in the skills you possess while remaining humble enough to know that no one has ALL of the answers. When you are confident, clients are confident in you.
Hours & Availability
Luv-N-Care Animal Hospital is open during the following hours of operation:
Monday & Friday: 7:30am – 7:00pm
Tuesday – Thursday: 7:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Compensation
We are searching for a great candidate and offer competitive pay accordingly, the starting hourly range for this position is $13 to $16 and is dependent upon experience. Other amazing benefits include:

Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records.
Provide information on veterinary services and pet care to clients.
Process payments and manage medical collections as needed.
Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure high-quality care for all animals.
Address client inquiries and concerns with excellent customer service.
