Summary
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be a vital part of our veterinary practice, utilizing your core skills in veterinary experience, animal handling, and pet care to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their pets. Your premium skills in medical collection and animal husbandry will enable you to assist with medical records and critical care procedures. With relevant skills in communication and client interaction, you will contribute to creating a welcoming and caring environment for both our clients and their furry companions. Join our team and be instrumental in the smooth operation of our front desk and medical reception area. Our receptionists answer 4 phone lines, schedule appointments, check in appointments and surgery patients, enter client and patient information, maintain front office inventory, prepare charts, enter charges, and greet clients. Knowledge of Avimark software would be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
