Client Service Representative Wanted for Our Paw-some Veterinary Clinic!

Our veterinary clinic is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and animal-loving Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

What You’ll Do:
-Welcome pets and their people with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm.
-Schedule appointments and help clients navigate everything from routine wellness visits to unexpected pet emergencies.
-Answer phone calls, emails, and other client communications with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude.
-Process payments, maintain medical records, and help keep the front desk running smoothly.
-Provide a calm, reassuring presence when pet parents are worried or need extra support.
-Juggle multiple priorities while keeping the client and patient experience at the heart of everything you do.
-Bring a little fun to the workday because we believe veterinary medicine is serious business, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy ourselves along the way!
What We’re Looking For:
-A genuine love for animals of all shapes, sizes, breeds, and personalities. If you’ve ever carried on a full conversation with a cat, you’ll fit right in.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
-A positive attitude and a good sense of humor.
-The ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional when things get busy or a situation becomes a little…wild.
-Someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in creating a great experience for every client and patient.
