Customer Service Associate

Pet Dominion is seeking a motivated Customer Service Associate to join our busy veterinary hospital and pet lodging facility. This front-desk position is ideal for someone who genuinely loves animals and enjoys helping both pets and their owners feel welcome and cared for.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and team-oriented work ethic
- Genuine love for dogs, cats, and their owners
- Previous experience in a veterinary hospital, animal care, or working with pets is preferred
