Lynnwood Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced, full-time veterinary assistant to join our growing team.
We are seeking a motivated team member looking for long-term employment with a veterinarian-owned, established one-doctor veterinary practice in Lynnwood, Washington. Candidates should be proficient in anesthesia support as well as perform the duties necessary to support the veterinarians, and able to provide excellent customer care. The successful candidates must be detail-oriented, reliable, and genuinely care and be concerned for our patients’ well-being and growth of the practice. They must be self-motivated and work self-sufficiently, with or without supervision. Only experienced veterinary assistants need apply.
Qualifications

§ High School diploma or equivalent (required)
§ Previous vet assistant or tech experience with surgery/dental proficiencies (required)
§ Be detail oriented and enjoy working with a small team in a supportive environment
§ Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
§ Exhibit dedication to team and patient care
§ Basic knowledge of computer systems (knowledge of EzyVet software is a plus)
§ Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for a full eight hours
