Seeking certified or certified eligible veterinary tech to assist board-certified surgeon in privately owned small animal practice. Family environment.
Pay Range: Starting at $20/hour based on experience
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, no weekends. OT after 8 hours/day.
Veterinary Technician Responsibilities :
draw blood
place a catheter
calculate dosages
take x-rays and be comfortable monitoring anesthesia during surgery.
Veterinary Technician Requirements:
Must have Veterinary Technician experience
Must have some pet care experience in the veterinary field
Certification as a Veterinary Technician is nice to have but not required
