Experienced Kennel Technician/Shift Leader Jobs in Huntsville, AL at Flint River Animal Hospital
We are a large boarding/daycare facility that is growing. We are looking for a hard working, animal loving, team player to join us.
Kennel technicians work with dogs and cats, but may also occasionally find themselves in contact with other domestic animals. They are charged with the general upkeep of animals in their care and must provide INDIVIDUALIZED attention to them so the pet stays healthy and happy.
Shift leader/kennel technicians are workers who provide basic animal care in environments where animals are housed and helps manage the rest of the staff to do the same.
A love of animals and the ability to anticipate their needs is necessary for this job. Hours can be irregular, and the position can be emotionally and physically draining. Must have animal experience!

Pay: $10.00 – $14.00 per hour
