This position requires experience in a doggy daycare and boarding facility setting.
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Kennel tech, you’re main responsibilities focus on caring for pets at our facility. This includes playtimes, walks, feeding, making sure they’re comfortable and healthy. This also means keeping the facility and grounds clean and sanitary. Techs also take care of bathing pets, safely monitoring the doggy daycare yards, and helping with check ins and check outs as necessary.
This is a full time position, but part time positions and seasonal positions are also being considered. You will be required to work shifts on Holidays, especially over the summer months. Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and on weekends is required. Schedules rotate weekly between opening and closing shifts. Pay is commensurate with experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
Minimum 1 year experience in Doggy Daycare or Boarding Facility setting
Reliable transportation
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Team player with a positive “Can Do!” attitude
Excellent Written and verbal skills
