What You’ll Do
As our Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first warm, welcoming face our clients and their pets see. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly by:
Greeting clients with empathy and professionalism
Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and triaging calls
Maintaining accurate patient records using veterinary practice software
Coordinating communication between clients and our medical team
Providing basic education on services and wellness care
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in a veterinary or medical reception setting
Proficiency with veterinary software (Covetrus Pulse/ Evet, a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
