Candidates must have excellent skills in the following areas: client service, communication, multi-tasking, detail orientation, and ability to manage time effectively. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and exceptional telephone communication. Job Responsibilities
Welcoming clients with a smile into the clinic in a friendly and courteous manner
Answer multiple calls professionally and in a timely manner
Scheduling appointments
Checking emails and replying in a professional manner
Invoicing clients and processing payments
Basic math and cash management
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Identify and work compassionately with clients in various emotional states
Take the extra mile to engage with clients
Fill prescriptions and provide administration instructions to clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
