Job Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for the sales forces to enhance product knowledge & selling skills.
- Develop and regularly enhance training modules aligned with the company objectives.
- Conduct recruitment and selection process for the sales forces.
- Review department reports, trainee evaluations and any other reports that trainers are required to complete and evaluate effectiveness of training program.
