2. About the Opportunity:
The Executive Assistant role is designed to provide high-level administrative support to the sales leadership team. This position is critical in managing complex scheduling, coordinating events, and handling confidential information efficiently. The role contributes by enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities through proactive planning and effective management of their time and organizational needs.
3. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and engage with leadership to plan and organize events, activities, and calendars.
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling with senior leadership, maintaining discretion.
• Handle time-sensitive and confidential information, ensuring timely action.
• Organize and assist with team activities.
• Manage travel logistics, expense reports, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the EA team for onsite meals, events, and office supply management.
• Liaise with property management for facility work orders as needed.
• Support Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity initiatives for executives.
• Foster a positive work environment.
4. Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years supporting high-level executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Compensation ranges vary by geographic zone, with total target compensation (including base and bonus) from $86,400 to $198,700 USD depending on location.
• Compensation is based on experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
