Position:

Executive Assistant for the world’s greatest veterinary Practice Management Solution (Shepherd). The Executive Assistant plays a central role in keeping Shepherd operating smoothly and on rhythm. This role partners closely with the leadership team to drive organization, planning, and follow-through, ensuring key company-wide moments are executed, and completed on time. The EA enables leaders to stay focused on what matters most while keeping the company aligned and moving forward.

Your Mission:

Create clarity, structure, and momentum across Shepherd by keeping the GM & leaders organized, priorities aligned, and the company operating on a consistent, reliable cadence. You will be the connective tissue that ensures planning cycles run smoothly, commitments turn into execution, and nothing important slips through the cracks.

What you will do:

  • Own the cadence: Manage calendars, key milestones, and recurring rhythms (OKRs, strategic planning, performance reviews, etc) to ensure the company operates smoothly and on time.
  • Build alignment: Partner with the GM and leadership team to track priorities, prepare for meetings, and ensure follow-through on decisions and commitments.
  • Drive outcomes: Coordinate agendas, materials, and pre-work for leadership meetings, planning sessions, and critical company moments so leaders show up prepared.
  • Create structure: Bring order to fast-moving workflows by anticipating needs, flagging risks, and proactively solving gaps before they become problems.
  • Be the glue: Act as a trusted connector across teams, ensuring communication flows, timelines are clear, and nothing important falls through the cracks.
