Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Event Coordinator to oversee and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of events for our pastries and desserts brand. This role is vital to ensuring smooth event operations, exceptional service delivery, and strong coordination between clients, staff and management.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinating and supervising event operations and field staff
– Managing event schedules, logistics, and execution timelines
– Liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met
– Ensuring compliance with company standards and event briefs
– Preparing reports and documentation related to events
– Supervising staff conduct, performance and professionalism during events
– Ensuring smooth communication between management and event teams
– Prepare post-event reports
– Identify and resolve operational issues promptly during events
Requirements
– A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in event coordination or event operations
– Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Bold, confident, and able to take charge in fast-paced event environments
– Excellent leadership, coordination, and team management skills
– Strong communication and client management abilities
– Proven experience in reporting and operational follow-through
– Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly during live events
