Job Title: Ambulatory Technician (Equine Veterinary Practice)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Ambulatory Technician to join our busy equine veterinary practice. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working in the field and is committed to providing excellent client service.
Requirements:
-Highly skilled horse handler
-Minimum 2 years of experience as an ambulatory technician for an equine veterinarian, preferred.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Professional and timely communication with clients
-Maintain organization and stocking of the doctor’s truck and equipment
-Assist with invoicing and billing processes
-Ability to submit bloodwork to laboratories
Bonus: Familiarity with GlobalVet Link
-Bonus: Experience using HVMS
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the veterinarian during ambulatory farm calls including assistance with procedures, radiographs, and therapeutic modalities.
-Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies
-Ensure vehicle inventory is organized and fully stocked
-Submit lab samples and manage related documentation
-Support administrative and billing tasks

Pay: $23.43 – $28.22 per hour
