Sweetwater Veterinary Clinic in the Agua Dulce community of Santa Clarita, CA, is seeking an Experienced Medical Director & Associate Veterinarian to join our team. We are looking for a passionate leader to help grow our team, enhance medical standards, and provide exceptional care to our clients and their pets.
Our large animal practice is ambulatory, supported by two mobile veterinary units equipped for diagnostics and treatments such as x-ray, ultrasound, and specialty farrier services. We provide 24-hour emergency services for large animals, in addition to routine emergency care for all animals.
Compensation Package Includes:
Competitive salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Production-based bonus structure
Annual Medical Director stipend (paid bi-weekly)
No negative accrual and no non-compete
