Whether you are a seasoned veteran or a new/recent graduate, we would like to invest in your future! Mountain View Animal Emergency (MVAE) is looking for like-minded veterinarians to join our compassionate and progressive team. MVAE is a privately owned, 24-hour emergency, small animal hospital located in Hagerstown, Maryland. In April 2021, we moved into our brand new, 16,000 sq ft facility.
We offer a generous and competitive base salary within a Pro/Sal structure that includes:
A 25% quarterly production bonus
10 shifts per month schedule with the ability to pick up more
Shifts are scheduled for 12 hours
Scribe system to assist with your medical records

Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD)
Maryland State License, in good standing, and/or ability to transfer license from another state
Empathy, compassion, a strong desire to help owners, patients, and the veterinary community
The most important aspect of MVAE: Our practice is completely invested in our staff and their work environment, creating a unique culture of family and collaboration. Our doctors work closely together on cases, drawing on their individual experiences to help bring the best possible outcome for our patients, clients, and referring veterinarians. We are extremely proud of our support staff consisting of experienced, licensed technicians, two of which are VTS (ECC) certified, veterinary assistants, CSRs, and facility maintenance.

The Area: Hagerstown is a charming city located in Washington County, Maryland. It is home to many quaint restaurants, the C&O canal, local breweries, numerous parks and trails, and approximately 70 miles from the large cities of Baltimore and Washington D.C. The outdoor enthusiast would enjoy being minutes from the Potomac River, Appalachian Trail, and our variety of seasonal weather. Our hospital is also located within 3 miles of the Pennsylvania state line and 12 miles to the West Virginia state line.
