Emergency Veterinarian (with Optional Senior Associate Track)

The Role
As an Emergency Veterinarian at WVRC Kenosha, you will:
- Manage a wide variety of small animal ER cases and make independent clinical decisions.
- Have the opportunity to perform ER surgeries and expand your skillset.

Qualifications
- Internship-trained or at least 2 years of ER experience.
- Comfortable managing high caseloads and working independently.
- Positive, adaptable, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Enjoys collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and mentoring colleagues when opportunities arise.
Senior Associate Track (Optional)
- Lead the ER Immerse Training Program for new graduates.
- Shape in-hospital CE and collaborate with Ethos Clinical Learning & Development.
- Model best practices and guide complex cases on the floor.
- Support hospital growth, recruiting efforts, and build relationships with local referring veterinarians.
