Clarksville Veterinary Emergency & Specialty is seeking veterinarians passionate about working in emergency medicine for our 9‑12 month training and mentorship program. We look for team‑oriented, driven, reflective, and reliable individuals who will train with us and transition into a full‑time ER position after mentorship.
Our hospital has grown rapidly since opening in April 2020 and is renowned for delivering cutting‑edge Emergency, Internal Medicine, and Surgery services. The ER Department collaborates closely with onsite specialists in Surgery and Internal Medicine, and with specialists at our sister location in Nashville, enabling multidisciplinary patient care.
The facility spans 8,500 square feet and is equipped with state‑of‑the‑art technology, including on‑site CT, digital radiography, ultrasound, echocardiography, laparoscopy, endoscopy, cystoscopy, and electrodiagnostics. Environmental sustainability and community volunteer initiatives are key values of our practice.

The Ethos ER Immerse Program
The ER Immerse Program is designed to prepare veterinarians for a sustainable and satisfying career in emergency medicine. It uses a hybrid training model that blends simulation‑based didactic components with authentic patient care experiences. The curriculum is evidence‑based, competency‑focused, and includes clinical knowledge, client and team communication, professional skills, and life/work integration.
